Please do not send passwords, sign-in codes, payment details, or other sensitive information.
Movie or streaming corrections
Include the movie title, release year, and the page where you found the issue. For a streaming problem, signed-in members can also use the Report option beside a verified offer. The corrections page explains what helps us investigate.
Reviews, comments, and member safety
Share the profile or activity URL and describe the concern without repeating abusive material unnecessarily. Read the community guidelines to see the standards used when reviewing member content.
Account and privacy requests
For account access, correction, export, or deletion questions, identify the CinemaTrove account involved and use the contact path above. Do not include authentication credentials. Our privacy page describes the information the current service handles.
