CinemaTrove

About CinemaTrove

Remember the movies that stay with you.

CinemaTrove is a straightforward place to record what you watch, decide what comes next, and compare notes with people you know.

A home for your movie history

CinemaTrove is a personal movie tracker. Record each time you watch a movie, keep the date, add a half-star rating, and write a review if you have something to say.

Your watchlist, favorites, lists, and viewing history stay together, so you do not have to remember which app or note held the movie you wanted to see.

Built around members, not outside scores

The ratings, popularity rankings, reviews, and watch counts labeled as CinemaTrove activity come from CinemaTrove members. Outside movie databases help identify a film and supply factual metadata, but their audience scores are not presented as CinemaTrove ratings.

Our goal is to make the source of a number clear enough that you can decide how much weight to give it.

Movies are more useful with context

Friends, follows, public profiles, comments, and lists make it easier to find recommendations from people whose taste you understand. CinemaTrove is meant to support honest reactions, including disagreement, rather than turn every movie into a popularity contest.

Who builds CinemaTrove

CinemaTrove is a CIA Development product. See our data sources for details about movie metadata and streaming links, or visit Contact if something needs attention.
